RETURN POLICY

Damage to any Pegboard Product that occurs during shipping doesn't happen very often, but on rare occasions we need to deal with problems of this sort. We'll make every attempt to fix the problem, and ensure our customer's satisfaction. When your package is delivered, please inspect the merchandise thoroughly, and make note of any damages or irregularities that may have occurred during shipping. We insure our products at shipment time, so you will be reimbursed for your purchase, or your product will be replaced.

If there are no problems with shipping, but your product is defective due to faulty manufacturing, please document all problems, and contact Pegboard Products to discuss available solutions.

Most shipping companies offer expedited shipping with 1-day, 2-day, or 3-day schedules available at incrementally higher rates. All shipping details, including costs, schedule, and relevant delivery details require cusomer approval and verifiation prior to shipping.

Due to the manufacturing time involved in most orders, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times, though we do our best to fill orders as quickly as possible, once an order is placed. Most Pegboard Products wil ship within 1-2 days, as they are listed for sale upon completion.
